ABOUT DWIGHT EUBANKS

Dwight Eubanks is a noted hair salon owner of one of Atlanta’s premiere beauty salons, The Purple Door.  For over twenty five years, he has been known as one of the preferred hairdressers and stylist for stars and corporate and community leaders in Atlanta, Georgia.

He is a noted lifestyle consultant and specializes in style and fashion.  Dwight has worked internationally with Stylists Patrick Kelly, Bill Blass, Helen Hererra, James Harris and Frank Walker.  Known globally as “The International Man of Style” while others just simply called him “Mr. Fabulous.”

 

Dwight Eubanks is also an accomplished reality television star.  He has appeared regularly on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Botched, Married with Medicine and BET’s Rip the Runway.  On Real Housewives of Atlanta, he was often referred to as the “6th Housewife” and had a regular role for several seasons.  He has a reputation for having produced some of the most intriguing and successful fashion shows around the globe.  His impeccable fashion sense has created a demand for his services with clients in global cities such as New York, Paris and Dubai.

 

Dwight Eubanks is the CEO of Eubanks Collection, his personal brands that include clothing, shoes, underwear, alcohol line and personal care products.  His partnership with Local Choice Spirits is expanding.  He currently has four gins and will be expanding to more than 35 flavored spirits in the next few months and is currently being launched nationwide.  Aside from his work as a reality stylist, Eubanks has hosted The Bronner Brothers Hair Show which has been in production for 65 years.

 

His heart is big when it comes to serving the community.  For nearly 20 years, Dwight has partnered with Civil Rights legend and client, the late Mrs. Evelyn Lowery, wife of civil rights icon Dr. Joseph E. Lowery.   The Pampering 4 Peace program with SCLC Women is an ongoing project helping battered women with makeovers preparing many for employment and uplifting self-esteem.  Shoes 4 the Soul is another Eubanks project that has provided thousands of pairs of shoes for needy youth in Africa.  He is fiercely passionate about supporting efforts toward HIV / AIDS awareness.

Dwight has also provided his time and resources to the following: American Cancer Society, Meals on Wheels, Jerusalem House, Shelters for Battered Women, The Art of Giving, a Christmas party raising money and purchasing toys for needy children.  Every year, Dwight Eubanks lends his salon to several shelters providing makeup, hair and styling services for battered women preparing for job interviews and relocation.
